Forming & Bending
Our Bend/Force Ramsey 8 ft / 145 ton CNC press brake handles tight-tolerance, repeatable bends in mild steel, stainless, and aluminum. Brackets, panels, enclosures, structural angles — formed clean and to spec.

Cutting & Profiling
Send a DXF or let us draw it. Brackets, gussets, plates, signage, and structural shapes — cut to your spec. Production runs and one-offs both welcome.

CNC Tube Bending & Rolling

Full 3D CAD & Part Development
Don't have an engineer? We do. Bring a sketch, photo, or a problem you're trying to solve. We model it in full 3D Onshape, validate the geometry, and refine until the part is right — then we build it under the same roof. Stamped and inspected drawings available when the job calls for it.

You don't have to chase a separate coater. We partner with trusted local powder-coat shops and manage the full process — pickup, scheduling, color, quality check, return — so you get one finished part and one accountable point of contact.

Field Service, On-Site Repair & Pipe Welding
For active jobsites, heavy-equipment yards, and farms, we run a fully-equipped service rig across Northern Colorado. Reserved for shop customers and ongoing field-service relationships — not our primary offering, but available when the work can't come to the shop.
Pipe & pipeline welding: Dallan started in pipeline welding before opening the shop — certified-quality root and cap passes, repair welds, and pipe fabrication are part of the bench, not a side gig.
