ArcWest 145-ton Bend/Force Ramsey CNC press brake on the shop floor with American flag
01 · CNC Press Brake

Forming & Bending

Our Bend/Force Ramsey 8 ft / 145 ton CNC press brake handles tight-tolerance, repeatable bends in mild steel, stainless, and aluminum. Brackets, panels, enclosures, structural angles — formed clean and to spec.

  • Up to 145 tons of forming pressure
  • 8 ft maximum bend length
  • CNC backgauge for repeatable production
  • Custom tooling for complex profiles
02 · CNC Plasma

Cutting & Profiling

Send a DXF or let us draw it. Brackets, gussets, plates, signage, and structural shapes — cut to your spec. Production runs and one-offs both welcome.

  • Production runs from CAD or customer DXF
  • Mild steel, stainless, aluminum
  • Drawn for forming downstream — no surprises at the press brake
  • Nesting optimized to keep material cost down

03 · CNC Tube Work

CNC Tube Bending & Rolling

Round and square tube on a CNC bender — handrails, frames, roll structures, custom assemblies. Programmable multi-bend production with clean radii and repeatable accuracy.

  • CNC-controlled, repeatable bends
  • Round & square profiles
  • Multi-bend setups, programmable
  • Handrails, cages, frames, ornamental
04 · Engineering

Full 3D CAD & Part Development

Don't have an engineer? We do. Bring a sketch, photo, or a problem you're trying to solve. We model it in full 3D Onshape, validate the geometry, and refine until the part is right — then we build it under the same roof. Stamped and inspected drawings available when the job calls for it.

  • Full 3D CAD modeling in Onshape
  • Concept-to-part design service
  • Stamped & inspected drawings on request
  • NDA available for proprietary work
  • Designed-for-manufacture from day one

05 · Prototype To Production

Prototype & Small Production Runs

One part to prove the concept, then ten, then a hundred. ArcWest is built to scale with you — first prototype, locked tooling, recurring orders. We help small businesses and product builders get their first run made without a million-dollar minimum.

  • Single prototype builds
  • Small-batch production
  • Recurring orders with locked tooling
  • Cost-conscious for new ventures & OEM partners
06 · Manufacturing & Welding

Custom Part Manufacturing & Welding

TIG, MIG, and stick on aluminum, stainless, and steel. Finished assemblies, structural builds, and engineered fabrications to spec — welds that pass inspection and hold up in the field.

  • Aluminum TIG & MIG to spec
  • Stainless food-grade and visual welds
  • Structural steel for builders & contractors
  • Custom assemblies and engineered fabrications

07 · Finishing

Powder Coat & Final Finish — Managed Start To Finish

You don't have to chase a separate coater. We partner with trusted local powder-coat shops and manage the full process — pickup, scheduling, color, quality check, return — so you get one finished part and one accountable point of contact.

  • Standard and custom powder-coat colors through partner shops
  • We handle the coordination, scheduling, and quality check
  • Surface prep completed before the part leaves our floor
  • Single accountable contact for the whole build — fab through finish
  • Coated parts returned, inspected, and ready for install
08 · Field Service & Pipeline Welding

Field Service, On-Site Repair & Pipe Welding

For active jobsites, heavy-equipment yards, and farms, we run a fully-equipped service rig across Northern Colorado. Reserved for shop customers and ongoing field-service relationships — not our primary offering, but available when the work can't come to the shop.

Pipe & pipeline welding: Dallan started in pipeline welding before opening the shop — certified-quality root and cap passes, repair welds, and pipe fabrication are part of the bench, not a side gig.

  • Pipe welding & pipeline-grade welds (started in the trade here)
  • Heavy-equipment field repairs
  • On-site structural welds for active builds
  • Equipment modifications in place
  • Northern Colorado service area
